Square Above Counter Ceramic Basin
The PA3636 is a compact square above counter ceramic basin available in matt white and matt black — two finishes that suit a broad range of contemporary bathroom schemes. At 370mm square and 130mm deep, it fits neatly on standard vanity benchtops without overwhelming the space. The gloss white interior is consistent across both colour variants, clean and easy to maintain, while the exterior finish defines the overall aesthetic of the basin on the countertop.
No Tap Hole, No Overflow — Clean, Minimal Design
Designed without a tap hole or overflow aperture, the basin features a clean, uninterrupted form for a minimal vanity look.
Above-counter installation creates a defined feature on the vanity top. Requires a 32mm waste without overflow (not included), with a suitable benchtop opening for the waste connection.
Square Form, Two Exterior Finishes
The clean square silhouette sits precisely on the benchtop — deliberate and unfussy, working equally as a feature or background element.
Matt White suits light, neutral palettes with white cabinetry and brushed or chrome tapware. Matt Black suits contrast-led schemes with dark cabinetry and matt black or gunmetal tapware.
Fine Ceramic — Hard, Durable, Easy to Clean
Constructed from fine ceramic, the basin is hard and fracture resistant — dense and stable through years of daily use in bathroom conditions.
The smooth glazed interior resists staining and is easy to clean without specialist products, maintaining its clarity over time.

🎨 Choose Your Colour
This basin is available in Matt White and Matt Black. Both share the same square form and gloss white interior — the colour difference is on the exterior shell. Choose based on your cabinetry, tapware finish and overall bathroom palette.

This basin does not include a pop-up waste. You can add one as an optional extra — available in three finishes. All options are 32mm and compatible with this basin.
Tip: Match your waste finish to your tapware for a cohesive look, or choose chrome as a versatile all-rounder.

01 Shipping & freight
- For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
- Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
- After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
- Greater Sydney — ongoing free shipping. We offer standing free standard shipping to Greater Sydney and selected nearby regions on eligible orders. This is a permanent offer, not a limited-time promotion.
- Other areas — occasional free-shipping promotions. From time to time we also run limited-time free-shipping promotions to additional areas. These are shown on site and at checkout for the promotion period only; eligible areas and dates may change, and they cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
