Log in to Qantas Shopping, click through to the MyHomeware store, then shop and pay as normal in the same session with cookies enabled. Qantas tracks your order and credits the points automatically — there's nothing extra to claim.
Points are earned on eligible product spend. As with all Qantas Shopping offers, you generally won't earn on GST, delivery fees, returned, exchanged or cancelled items, or non-eligible products like gift cards. Check the offer's terms on Qantas Shopping for details.
Your order usually shows in your Qantas Shopping history within 2–7 days. Points are then credited once the order is confirmed and the returns window has passed — this can take up to 40 days and varies by retailer. A 'Pending' status just means the return period hasn't lapsed yet.
Tracking can fail if cookies were disabled, you didn't start at Qantas Shopping, you went straight to our website or app, or you visited other sites mid-checkout. If nothing shows in your shopping history after 15 days, contact Qantas Shopping through their help form.
