Hi Emma, we're so glad to hear you love the aroma filter! Thanks for sharing your feedback and for choosing our product. Enjoy your refreshed shower experience!
Colour didn’t match the picture. Posted picture is much more of a yellow gold, suitable to match my mother fittings. What received was a pale champagne gold.
Hi there,
We're sorry. The photo showed a warmer yellow gold, and what
arrived was a paler champagne finish. When you're matching
existing fittings, that difference matters, and the listing
should have shown it accurately.
For us, the experience doesn't stop at the sale. What arrives
should match what you chose, and that's why we've been working
on this across our whole website: rather than relying on
suppliers' images, we're checking finish colours product by
product and re-photographing items in one consistent style and
background. With a range this size it's slow, ongoing work,
and we'll make sure this listing is part of it. Our team will
also be in touch to help sort this out with you.
For anyone matching gold tones, choosing tapware and
accessories from the same brand is the most reliable way to
keep the finish consistent.

Installed as part of our NDIS bathroom upgrade for our son. The builder recommended this mixer because the single-lever design allows for effortless control with minimal hand strength. It's sturdy, looks modern (not clinical like some accessible gear), and does the job brilliantly. Very happy with the purchase.
Hi David， thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad the mixer suits your son's needs and that you're happy with it. Wishing you all the best with your bathroom upgrade!
The product itself is a little disappointing. It doesn’t really feel like a genuine Fienza-branded product, and the quality is just so-so. The seat looks nice, but one of the three sealed components arrived with a cracked corner, and some parts don’t sit perfectly in place. Perhaps the lower price comes with some compromises in quality.
However, MyHomeware’s customer service has been excellent! They were incredibly helpful, kept me informed, and worked with their supplier to resolve the issue. I felt genuinely looked after and confident that everything would eventually be sorted out. Great customer service can make all the difference, and they certainly delivered on that front!
Hi Mariia,
Thank you for the honest review, and we're sorry the product
itself fell short, with a cracked component and some parts not
sitting properly.
To be clear on one point: the Fienza products we sell are
genuine stock, supplied through Fienza.
We'll keep working with you until it's sorted, and we're
passing your feedback on the quality back to the brand. Glad
the team kept you informed along the way.

Got this for our ensuite reno. The matte black finish looks so much more expensive than it cost. Round shape is clean and simple. Only thing — water marks show a bit, so I wipe it after each use. Still very happy.
