  • Slotted Waste Requirement: This basin features an integrated overflow port. A slotted pop-up waste must be installed to allow water to drain properly through the internal overflow channel.
  • Wall Mounting & Pedestal Support: The pedestal provides substantial vertical support; however, the upper basin MUST still be bolted securely to structural timber noggings within the wall using mounting bolts.
  • Plumbing Set-Out: Rough-in pipework (water inlets and waste drain) should be placed within the rear channel of the ceramic pedestal for a fully concealed installation.
  • Sanitary Sealing: Apply non-acidic sanitary neutral-cure silicone along the basin-to-wall junction and the pedestal base to prevent moisture ingress.

  • Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
  • After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
  • Greater Sydney — ongoing free shipping. We offer standing free standard shipping to Greater Sydney and selected nearby regions on eligible orders. This is a permanent offer, not a limited-time promotion.
  • Other areas — occasional free-shipping promotions. From time to time we also run limited-time free-shipping promotions to additional areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

  • Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
  • Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

  • Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
  • The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

  • If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

  • We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
  • Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

  • Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
  • Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
  • Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.
