The Infinity Flower basin takes a deliberate step away from predictable basin profiles. Matt Black, Gloss White & Matt White — Three Distinct Moods
The Flower basin is offered in three finishes, each shifting the character of the shape significantly. Matt Black gives the basin a bold, graphic weight — at its best against light benchtops and pale wall tiles where the contrast is allowed to speak. Gloss White reflects light cleanly and brightly, making it a natural choice where freshness and crisp contrast are the aim. All three finishes are kiln-fired into the ceramic body during manufacture, ensuring long-term colour consistency and resistance to surface wear. None will yellow, crack, or fade under normal bathroom conditions.

Manufactured from premium vitreous china ceramic, the Infinity Flower basin is dense, non-porous, and built to resist thermal shock, surface scratching, and the slow discolouration common in lower-grade ceramic products. The smooth interior bowl makes cleaning straightforward — no sharp angles or recesses where residue accumulates over time.
Above counter installation exposes the full flower profile above the benchtop. No tap hole is pre-drilled, offering flexibility to pair with a wall-mounted mixer or a deck mixer positioned on the vanity top. Compatible with a standard 32mm pop-up waste (no overflow).

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
