Semi-Inset into Countertop

Designed for semi-inset installation, the basin sits partially into the benchtop cut-out for a clean, integrated finish on any vanity surface.

Compatible with stone, timber and solid surface benchtops, installation is straightforward for any experienced plumber or tradesperson.

Note: Basin mixer, tapware and 32mm pop-up waste are not included. If purchasing with a Fienza stone or timber vanity top, an additional charge applies for cutting the basin hole. A measurement deviation of ±5mm is a common and acceptable variation in ceramic products. Images are for illustration purposes only.

This basin does not include a pop-up waste. You can add one as an optional extra — available in three finishes including a gloss white option to blend seamlessly with the basin interior. All options are universal 32/40mm and compatible with this basin.

Tip: For the most seamless look, choose the Gloss White waste to match the basin's interior finish. For a contrast detail, chrome or matt black pair well with most tapware styles.

01 Shipping & freight

For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

What is the difference between inset and overmount sinks?

Inset sinks sit flush within the countertop, creating a smooth and seamless appearance. Overmount sinks, also called drop-in sinks, rest on top of the counter surface with a visible rim, offering easier installation but a slightly raised edge.

Are inset sinks suitable for all countertops?

Inset sinks are compatible with most countertop materials, including stone, laminate, and solid surfaces. However, the countertop must be properly sealed and cut to size to ensure a snug fit and prevent water damage or leaks.

Are inset sinks easy to clean?
