Fienza Care Accessible 40° Grab Rail
Bring considered support into your bathroom with the Fienza Care Accessible 40° Grab Rail. Its 900 × 700mm angled form is available in left- and right-hand configurations to suit different installation layouts. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a 32mm rail diameter, it combines a practical handhold with concealed fixings for a neat wall-mounted finish. Choose Satin Stainless Steel or PVD Matt Black to coordinate with your bathroom fittings.
40° Angled Form, Left or Right
The angled section offers handhold positions at different heights along the rail, making it an option where a bathroom support plan calls for an angled grip rather than a straight rail. The 32mm diameter provides a consistent gripping surface.
Left- and right-hand models allow the configuration to be matched to the planned layout. These options describe the rail orientation, not the user's preferred hand. Confirm the required model against the corresponding drawing before ordering.
304 Stainless Steel, Two Finish Options
Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the rail is available in Satin Stainless Steel or PVD Matt Black. Choose the metallic finish for a coordinated stainless steel scheme, or matt black to complement darker tapware and accessories.
Maintain the surface with mild soapy water and a microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive products, bleach and harsh cleaners, and wipe gently in one direction.
Concealed Fixings, Neat Wall Finish
Concealed fixings keep the mounting hardware out of view, while rubber hygiene seals complete the wall connections. Installation fittings are included with the rail.
Suitable structural support must be provided behind the wall for the fixing bolts. Have a qualified installer confirm the mounting position, fixing method and wall suitability before installation.

- For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
- Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
- After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
- Greater Sydney — ongoing free shipping. We offer standing free standard shipping to Greater Sydney and selected nearby regions on eligible orders. This is a permanent offer, not a limited-time promotion.
- Other areas — occasional free-shipping promotions. From time to time we also run limited-time free-shipping promotions to additional areas. These are shown on site and at checkout for the promotion period only; eligible areas and dates may change, and they cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. 03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
