The Mercio Square basin is designed around a single organising principle: geometry. The 410×410mm square form is exact, its corners clean and its edges straight — a shape that reads as resolved and deliberate in bathrooms where precision is the aesthetic priority. At 120mm deep, the slim profile sits close to the benchtop, presenting just enough above the counter edge to register as a considered design object without the elevated, vessel-basin presence that can overpower compact vanity configurations.
It suits single-basin powder rooms, ensuite vanities, and main bathrooms where the basin is part of a disciplined, geometry-led design scheme. The flat base provides a stable footprint on stone, timber, and laminate benchtop surfaces without requiring adhesive or mechanical fixing beyond the waste connection.

Manufactured from premium vitreous china ceramic with a high-gloss white fired finish, the Mercio Square basin is dense, non-porous, and built to resist thermal shock, surface scratching, and the slow discolouration that affects lower-grade ceramic products over time. The glossy surface reflects light cleanly, maintaining a bright, fresh appearance in both well-lit and naturally lit bathroom environments — a quality that makes it particularly effective in smaller bathrooms and powder rooms where light and openness are priorities.
The smooth interior bowl surface is easy to clean with standard bathroom cleaners — no recessed texture, surface ridges, or sharp internal corners where residue accumulates over time.
Above Counter Mount — No Tap Hole, No Overflow
The Mercio Square installs directly onto the benchtop surface — no cutout required beyond the waste connection point. The flat, square base sits flush against the benchtop, providing a stable and visually clean interface between basin and counter on stone, timber, and laminate surfaces alike.
No tap hole is pre-drilled, providing flexibility to pair with a wall-mounted mixer positioned on the wall above the basin, or a deck mixer mounted directly on the vanity top beside it. No overflow is included; the basin relies on standard tap management and a correctly sized waste fitting. Compatible with a standard 32mm pop-up waste (not included).

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
