The Infinity round basin is cast from concrete and features a speckled surface pattern — fine tonal variation distributed across the matte grey ground that adds depth and visual interest to what would otherwise be a flat, uniform surface. This speckled texture is particularly effective in bathrooms where the basin is viewed up close, responding to light differently depending on angle and catching the eye in a way that plain concrete surfaces do not.
The matte grey finish sits in the cooler, mid-tone range of the grey spectrum — a neutral that works across a wide range of bathroom material palettes, from white joinery and pale stone to dark timber and charcoal tile schemes. The concrete material carries natural variation inherent to the casting process; minor tonal differences between individual basins are expected and consistent with the character of the material.

Above Counter Mount — Waste Included, No Tap Hole
The Infinity round concrete basin installs directly onto the benchtop surface — no cutout required beyond the waste connection point. A compatible waste is included with the basin, removing the need for a separate waste selection and ensuring a matched fit. The basin base provides a stable footprint on stone, timber, and laminate benchtop surfaces.
No tap hole is pre-drilled; pair with a wall-mounted mixer positioned above the basin or a deck mixer mounted on the vanity top. No overflow is included. Concrete basins require periodic resealing to maintain water resistance — refer to the supplier’s care instructions for sealing frequency and recommended products.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
