Shipping

Delivery timeframes, order processing, pickup and delivery charges — everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

Last updated 12 August 2026

Free limited-time free shipping to Greater Sydney & selected nearby regions — not combinable with other discounts
0–3 days to process & dispatch in-stock orders
2–7 days metro delivery after dispatch for in-stock items

01 Shipping & freight

  • For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
  • Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
  • After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
  • Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states) 2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states) 7–15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

  • Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
  • Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

  • Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
  • The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

  • If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

  • We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
  • Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

  • Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
  • Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
  • Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

Corner Baths FAQs

What is the difference between a corner bath and a normal bath?

A corner bath is designed to fit neatly into a bathroom corner, space-efficient and ideal for smaller layouts. Compared to standard rectangular baths, they often have a more compact, angled, or rounded shape, freeing up floor space while still providing a comfortable soaking area.

Can you lie down in a corner bath?

Yes, many corner bathtubs at MyHomeware are designed with deep soaking basins and ergonomic contours that allow you to recline comfortably for sitting, relaxing, and spa-style bathing experiences. However, taller people should choose large 1700mm or larger corner baths, and may not fully stretch out in small corner tubs like in a rectangular tub.

How to maintain your corner bathtub?

To keep a bathtub in corner in top condition:

  • Clean regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners.
  • Rinse thoroughly after each use to prevent soap or mineral buildup.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage acrylic or stone finishes.
  • Check seals and waste outlets periodically to prevent leaks.

What size corner bath should I choose for comfort and practicality?

Choosing the right size depends on both your bathroom layout and how you plan to use the bath. Smaller options (1200–1400mm) are ideal for space-saving installations, but may limit full-body stretching. For a more comfortable soak, especially for taller users, a larger tub corner (1500–1700mm or above) is recommended. Keep in mind that while a tub corner design saves floor space, its internal bathing area varies by shape, so always compare internal dimensions rather than just external size.

For bathrooms where layout flexibility matters, a freestanding corner bath can offer a balance between space efficiency and a more open, design-focused look.

Do corner baths waste more water than standard bathtubs?

Not necessarily. While some larger designs—especially a corner spa bath—can have higher capacity due to their wider shape and added features, many modern corner baths are engineered for efficient water use. A compact soaking tub corner can actually use a similar or even lower volume of water compared to a standard rectangular tub, depending on its depth and internal design. Always check the litre capacity to match your household’s water efficiency needs in Australia.
