Cutting & Assembly Instructions:

For easy cutting of shower grate, we recommend the use of a compound mitre saw fitted with a multi-material cutting blade 80 tooth or more. A compact drill with a bimetal hole would be adequate to drill the hole for the waste outlet.

  • 1.Cut the bottom tray 3mm shorter than desired length to allow end caps to be fitted

  • 2.Cut the top grate 1mm shorter than the bottom tray to allow for easy roll in of top grate and tidy fit

  • 3.Using the suitable size hole saw for your pop waste, drill out the hole at the required position to align with the waste pipe in the floor

  • 4.Insert the end caps into the bottom tray and secure with a bead of silicone on the inside of the tray

  • 5.Place silicone around the lip of the pop waste and secure to the underside of the bottom tray at the recently drilled hole

Notes: 

  • *A Minimum 72mm Waste Outlet Is Recommended.

  • *For grates sized 3000–5600mm, an additional 200mm is allowed for potential wastage during the anodising process. The total grate length is 200mm longer than the usable length.

  • *Regular, gentle cleaning with soapy water is recommended. Do not use abrasive cloths or acidic chemicals on the grates.

  • *Due to monitor and photography light problems, there may be colour differences. Please consider this before purchase.

  • *Custom orders and special orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED for any reason once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.

01 Shipping & freight

  • For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
  • Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
  • After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
  • Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

  • Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
  • Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

  • Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
  • The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

  • If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

  • We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
  • Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

  • Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
  • Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
  • Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.
