Architectural Detail

Faceted Fluted Outer Silhouette

The exterior showcases finely sculpted, vertical geometric facets that catch light and shadow throughout the day. This textural pattern transforms the basin from everyday sanitaryware into an artistic sculptural statement.

The distinctive pleating adds depth and tactile interest to flat countertop surfaces without overwhelming the overall vanity presentation.

Functional Ergonomics

Generous 530mm Oval Basin Capacity

Formed with an elongated 530x370mm oval contour and a comfortable 135mm bowl depth, this basin provides ample space for daily routines while effectively containing splashing.

Its gently sloping walls guide water smoothly toward the central 32mm drain, minimizing water pooling and reducing post-use residue.

Surface Quality

High-Fired Glaze & Stain Resistance

Crafted from dense, high-grade ceramic fired at elevated temperatures, the smooth inner bowl resists staining, scratches, and everyday cosmetic products.

The non-porous vitreous glazed interior repels grime and limescale, allowing effortless wipedowns with mild soap and water to preserve its original luster.

Design Palette

Three Architectural Finishes

Available in Classic Gloss White, Velvet Matt White, and Bold Matt Black, this collection offers versatile options to anchor or elevate your vanity palette.

Choose glossy white for a timeless reflective surface, tactile matt white for soft modern minimalism, or striking matt black to complement dark accents and tapware.

Note: A measurement deviation of ±5mm is a standard manufacturing tolerance in ceramic products. Pop-up waste and tapware are sold separately; please select an appropriate non-overflow waste (standard 32mm outlet) prior to installation.

01 Shipping & freight

For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination	Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states)	2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states)	7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

Returns & refunds Our full returns terms — including the 365-day return window, restocking fees and custom-order exclusions — are available on our dedicated policy page. Read the Returns & Refund Policy →
