Features

Preference Floors Village European Oak Rock Salt T&G Engineered Timber Flooring brings a light, understated oak look to interiors where a clean and natural foundation is preferred. The ABCD Grade European Oak surface retains genuine grain movement, knots and tonal variation, giving the floor the authentic character of real timber rather than a uniform appearance. Built in a 14mm engineered format with a 3mm European Oak wear layer, Rock Salt combines natural timber appeal with the added stability of a plywood-based construction. Its Tongue & Groove profile allows professional direct stick or floating installation, while the matte PU finish keeps the surface refined and low-sheen across residential, multi-residential and commercial interiors.

Complete your flooring installation with complementary Scotia and Trim accessories for a clean and professional finish.

Suggested colour options for this flooring:

Scotia: Misty Cove
Trim: Iceberg

Please note: These accessory colours are selected to complement the flooring but may not be an exact match due to natural colour variations, lighting conditions, and screen display differences. For the best colour selection, please reach out to our online support team or visit our Sydney showroom to view the samples and choose the option that best suits your flooring and interior style.

Free limited-time free shipping to Greater Sydney & selected nearby regions — not combinable with other discounts
0–3 days to process & dispatch in-stock orders
2–7 days metro delivery after dispatch for in-stock items

01 Shipping & freight

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart.
  • Tiles & flooring are quoted separately — freight is confirmed by our team before your order. Any free-shipping offer on tiles & flooring is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout.
  • Large items to some regions are also quoted separately. Start a Live Chat (chat icon, bottom right) or contact our team and we'll confirm the freight cost before you order.
  • Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states) 2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states) 7–15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

  • Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
  • Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

  • Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
  • The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

  • If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

  • We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
  • Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

  • Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
  • Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
  • Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.
Returns & refunds Our full returns terms — including the 365-day return window, restocking fees and custom-order exclusions — are available on our dedicated policy page. Read the Returns & Refund Policy →
