Key Product Features

Sculptural Detail

Distinctive Diagonal Pattern Exterior

The diagonal pattern brings texture and visual movement to the basin’s round silhouette, offering a more decorative alternative to a standard smooth vessel basin.

This detailed exterior creates a subtle interplay of light and shadow, helping the basin stand out as a considered centrepiece on the vanity benchtop.

Durable Material

Smooth Ceramic Construction

Crafted from durable ceramic, the basin provides a strong and reliable surface designed for everyday bathroom use. The smooth glazed finish creates a polished appearance and supports easy routine cleaning.

Its non-porous surface helps reduce the build-up of everyday residue, allowing the basin to be refreshed with a soft cloth and mild household cleaner.

Design Versatility

Available in Various Colours

Choose from available colour options to complement your vanity, wall finishes and tapware selection. The round diagonal profile creates a cohesive look across both neutral and more expressive bathroom interiors.

Whether paired with warm timber, natural stone or a clean contemporary benchtop, the basin brings a decorative finishing touch without overwhelming the space.

Elevated Installation

Above Counter Vessel Profile

Designed to sit directly on the vanity benchtop, the 400mm vessel basin adds visual height and keeps its full circular form on display.

With no pre-drilled tap hole, it offers flexibility to pair with wall-mounted basin mixers or tall bench-mounted mixers for a clean, tailored installation.

Please Note: This basin has no tap hole and no overflow. Basin mixer and 32mm non-overflow pop-up waste are sold separately. Ceramic sanitary ware is subject to a standard manufacturing variance of ±5mm.

01 Shipping & freight

For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination	Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states)	2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states)	7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

Returns & refunds Our full returns terms — including the 365-day return window, restocking fees and custom-order exclusions — are available on our dedicated policy page. Read the Returns & Refund Policy →

Absolutely. MyHomeware’s collection of above-counter basins includes a range of compact designs perfect for powder rooms or small spaces. Their minimalist installation helps maximize counter area while maintaining a luxurious look.

Which material of above-counter basins is easy to clean and maintain?

Ceramic and porcelain basins are the easiest to clean due to their smooth, non-porous surfaces. They resist stains, soap buildup, and discoloration, requiring only mild cleaning, ideal for low-maintenance, everyday bathroom use.

How to choose a good basin for my modern bathroom?

Consider your bathroom size, style, and daily use. Choose durable materials like ceramic or concrete for longevity, and select an oval, round, or rectangular shape that matches your décor. Also, opt for easy-clean finishes, ensure compatible tap height, and prioritize quality craftsmanship with a reliable warranty for lasting value.
