📐 670mm Rimless Tornado Toilet Suite — Trap Option Guide

Before selecting your toilet trap option, it's important to measure the set-out distance (rough-in) — the distance from the finished wall to the centre of the waste outlet on the floor.

Tip: Measure from the tiled wall (not the skirting board) to the centre of the pipe.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Timeframes are estimates counted in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. The actual delivery time depends on the courier carrying your parcel.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order goes through.
Please allow 0–3 business days for processing — in most cases we dispatch within the first 24 hours.
Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays sit outside our control:

Public holidays, peak periods and sale periods add time. During Christmas and major sales, please allow extra.
High order volumes may occasionally extend the timeframe slightly.

Remote areas: all courier networks have limits. For some remote postcodes couriers will not deliver to the door — your parcel goes to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified to collect it.

04 Additional delivery charges

Charges beyond the base delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is needed — if the delivery point isn't directly accessible, or goods must be carried up stairs, this adds labour and time.
The location is difficult to reach, or two or more people are needed to deliver safely.

These are assessed case by case, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed window, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Any extra charge will be communicated and agreed with you before a second attempt.
Please make sure you or an authorised person is present at the agreed time.

06 Pick up

We'll get your order ready as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details.
Please wait for that email before coming in.

Are tornado toilets rimless?

Yes, most modern tornado toilets are rimless. Tornado flushing works best in a rimless bowl because water is directed in a controlled swirling motion around the entire bowl, improving coverage and hygiene. Some older designs may differ, but most current tornado toilets use a rimless design.

Do rimless toilets splash more?

Rimless toilets are designed to minimise splashing when paired with the correct flush system. Tornado and swirl flush technologies control water direction and speed, reducing splash compared to traditional rimmed toilets. Proper installation and correct water pressure also play an important role.

Does tornado flush use more water?

No, tornado flush systems do not use more water. Most rimless tornado toilets at MyHomeware are WELS 4-star rated, typically using around 4.5L for a full flush and about 3L for a half flush, delivering strong cleaning performance while remaining water efficient.
