Pre-drilled with a single centred tap hole, the basin accommodates a wide range of basin mixer styles — from minimal lever to detailed cross-handle tapware.

The integrated overflow prevents water spillage during daily use without compromising the clean lines of the basin interior.

This basin does not include a pop-up waste. You can add one as an optional extra — available in three finishes including a gloss white option to blend seamlessly with the basin interior. All options are universal 32/40mm and compatible with this basin.

Tip: For the most seamless look, choose the Gloss White waste to match the basin's interior finish. For a contrast detail, chrome or matt black pair well with most tapware styles.

01 Shipping & freight

For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

Are pedestal sinks still popular?

Yes, pedestal sinks remain popular due to their timeless appearance and space-saving design. They suit both modern and traditional bathrooms, especially where a clean, open look is preferred over bulky cabinetry or built-in storage.

When should you choose a pedestal basin?

A pedestal basin is ideal when you want to maximise visual space, simplify cleaning, or create a classic bathroom style. It works especially well in powder rooms, guest bathrooms, and smaller layouts where storage is not essential.

Are pedestal sinks attached to the floor?

Pedestal sinks are typically secured to the wall for structural support, while the pedestal rests on the floor to conceal plumbing. The pedestal itself is usually not fixed to the floor but stabilised by the bathroom basin above.

How are pedestal basins installed?

Pedestal cylinder basins are installed by wall-mounting the basin with brackets or bolts, connecting plumbing, and then positioning the pedestal underneath to hide pipework. Accurate measurements and wall support are essential for safe, level installation. For proper installation and smooth use, it's best to have a plumber install a pedestal sink with floor plumbing.

Can I remove a pedestal from a sink?

In most cases, you cannot simply remove the pedestal and use the basin alone, as pedestal basins are designed for wall and pedestal support together. Removing it may expose plumbing and compromise stability unless the basin is specifically wall-hung.
