02 Standard delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

  • Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
  • Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

  • Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
  • The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

  • If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

  • We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
  • Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

  • Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
  • Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
  • Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

The RIO features a smart corner-fitting design, allowing the cabinet to sit neatly into the corner and maximise otherwise unused space.Available in both left-hand and right-hand configurations, it can be tailored to suit your bathroom layout.This makes it an ideal space-saving solution for smaller bathrooms or ensuites where a standard straight vanity may feel too bulky.

What sizes are available, and can I get a double bowl option?

The RIO vanity comes in five sizes: 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm. The 1200mm and 1500mm sizes are available in both single bowl and double bowl configurations — perfect for shared bathrooms or master ensuites. All sizes come in left-hand or right-hand corner orientations.

What tap hole options are available, and which should I choose?

Each variant offers two tap hole options: No Tap Hole (for wall-mounted tapware) or 12 O'clock Tap Hole (a pre-drilled hole at the top centre for deck-mounted tapware).Wall-mounted taps are a popular choice with floating vanities for a clean, minimal look.When selecting the 12 o’clock tap hole option, we recommend pairing it with a basin up to 360mm to allow adequate space for tap installation and everyday use.

What materials are used in the cabinet and top?

The cabinet is constructed from plywood with a semi-matt white finish, offering a warm, contemporary aesthetic with excellent structural strength. The stone top is included with the vanity, providing a premium, durable surface that is resistant to heat and scratching. Please note that as the vanity incorporates a natural timber veneer, variations in wood grain and colour are a natural characteristic of the material and are not considered a defect.

Is this vanity wall-mounted? What does installation involve?

Yes, the RIO is a wall-hung (floating) vanity that mounts directly to the wall, with no floor contact. The floating design creates a sleek, modern look and makes floor cleaning effortless. Due to the corner installation and wall-mounting requirements, professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure the vanity is correctly aligned, securely fixed, and that all plumbing connections are properly made.
