Metlam Universal 90° Ambulant Grab Rail
The Metlam 450 × 450mm Universal 90° Ambulant Grab Rail combines a practical angled form with a clean wall-mounted finish. Constructed from #304 grade stainless steel, the Ø32mm rail provides unobstructed hand passage along its full length. Its universal configuration suits left- or right-hand installation, while concealed fixings keep mounting hardware out of view. Choose Designer Matte Black or Satin Stainless Steel to complement your bathroom fittings.
Universal 90° Form, Continuous Hand Passage
Horizontal and vertical sections meet in a 90° angled form, providing handhold positions along both sections. The Ø32mm rail allows unobstructed hand passage along its full length.
The universal configuration suits either left- or right-hand installation without selecting a separate handed model. Confirm the orientation and mounting position against the product drawing and your planned ambulant cubicle layout.
#304 Stainless Steel, Two Distinct Finishes
Choose Satin Stainless Steel for a subtle metallic look, or Designer Matte Black to coordinate with darker fittings and create contrast against lighter walls. Both options feature #304 grade stainless steel construction.
The rail can withstand a force of 1,100N applied in any direction without deformation, loosening or rotation. Suitable wall support and fixings remain essential to the installed assembly.
Concealed Fixings with Twist-Lock Covers
The concealed fixing system is finished with Ø78mm twist-lock flange covers, keeping mounting hardware hidden for a neat appearance at the wall.
Before installation, have a qualified installer confirm the wall substrate, fixing selection and mounting positions. The supporting surface and fixings must be suitable for the required loads.

01 Shipping & freight
- For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
- Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
- After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
- Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
