  • Tiles & flooring are quoted separately — freight is confirmed by our team before your order. Any free-shipping offer on tiles & flooring is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout.
  • Large items to some regions are also quoted separately. Start a Live Chat (chat icon, bottom right) or contact our team and we'll confirm the freight cost before you order.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states) 2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states) 7–15 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

  • You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

  • Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
  • Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

  • Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
  • The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

  • If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

  • We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
  • Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

Back To Wall Box Rim Toilet Suite FAQs

What is a "box rim" toilet, and how does it differ from a rimless design?

A box rim toilet features a traditional enclosed rim around the inside of the bowl, which directs water flow during flushing. Unlike rimless designs, the rim is fully enclosed. While it is a proven and widely used design, regular cleaning around the inner rim is recommended to maintain hygiene.

What trap options are available, and how do I select the right one?

This toilet suite comes in four trap configurations — Default (S-Trap 60: 60–150mm), S-Trap-100 (100–205mm), JT43 S-Trap (150–240mm), and Standard P-Trap (180mm). S-Trap options are for floor-outlet plumbing, while P-Trap is for wall-outlet plumbing. Measure your set-out distance from the wall to the centre of your waste pipe before selecting a variant. If you're unsure, consult a licensed plumber prior to purchase.

What inlet configurations does the cistern support, and does inlet position affect water pressure performance?

The cistern (KDK003C) supports a universal inlet — compatible with back inlet, left bottom inlet, and right bottom inlet. Inlet position does not affect flush volume or WELS-rated performance; however, bottom inlet configurations are generally preferred in Australian installations as they reduce the risk of condensation dripping onto the floor. Ensure your supply line is fitted with an appropriate isolation valve regardless of inlet position.

What does "back to wall" mean, and how is it installed?

A back to wall toilet suite sits flush against the wall with the cistern concealed behind or directly against it, creating a clean, streamlined look. The pan is pushed back to the wall, hiding pipework and making the bathroom easier to clean around the base. Installation should be carried out by a licensed plumber.
