01 Shipping & freight

For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination	Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states)	2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states)	7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

Returns & refunds Our full returns terms — including the 365-day return window, restocking fees and custom-order exclusions — are available on our dedicated policy page. Read the Returns & Refund Policy →

Toilet Pans FAQs

What is a toilet pan?

A toilet pan is the lower part of the toilet that connects to the floor or wall and handles waste removal. In many Australian bathrooms, the toilet pan is paired with a cistern or installed as part of a wall-faced or wall-hung system. The toilet bowl often refers to the upper section that holds water before flushing. While the terms are sometimes used interchangeably, “pan” specifically refers to the section connected to your plumbing setup.

Are toilet pans a good choice for my bathroom?

Yes — a toilet pan Australia buyers love is one that matches their space, style, and comfort needs. Toilet pans come in different heights (standard, comfort, or low-profile), depths, and widths. You can choose between designs like a wall faced toilet pan for a seamless look, or a wall hung toilet pan to save space and make cleaning easier. Measuring your available space and plumbing configuration is essential before purchasing.

What types of toilet pans are available?

Popular toilet pan Australia options include:

Wall-hung toilet pans: Suspended above the floor for a floating, modern look;
Floor mounted or wall faced toilet pans: Sit on the floor with concealed plumbing for a streamlined style;
Close coupled pans: Connect directly to a toilet cistern for easy installation.
Each type of toilet pan serves different space, style, and maintenance preferences, making it easier to find the right fit for your bathroom.

How long should a toilet pan last?

A high-quality toilet pan Australia homeowners install can last 10 to 15 years or more with proper care. Lifespan depends on factors such as material quality, usage frequency, cleaning habits, and whether the pan is exposed to hard water or harsh cleaning chemicals. A wall faced toilet pan with durable glazing and brand-backed warranties typically offers longer-lasting performance.
