Fienza 400x395mm Care Folding Shower Seat
The Fienza Care Folding Shower Seat brings together safety, practicality and contemporary design in a single wall-mounted solution. Built for independent living, aged care and disability bathrooms, it features a thermoset resin seat with soft-close hinges, a 150 kg load rating, and a fold-up mechanism that keeps the shower clear when not in use. Available in chrome with satin white seat, or matte black with satin black seat.
Space-Saving Fold-Up Design
When not in use, the seat folds flat against the wall — keeping the shower floor completely clear for standing users or wheelchair access. This makes it equally practical in shared bathrooms where the seat is only needed by some users.
The clean, minimal profile suits contemporary bathroom aesthetics without the clinical appearance often associated with accessibility products.
Thermoset Resin Seat with Soft-Close Hinges
The seat is constructed from thermoset resin (UF) — a non-porous, moisture-resistant material that will not warp, crack or discolour in wet bathroom conditions. It is the same material used in premium toilet seats and is significantly more durable than standard polypropylene.
Soft-close hinges slow the seat as it folds down, preventing it from slamming and reducing wear on the wall fixings over time.
150kg Load Rating & Enhanced Rust Resistance
Rated to 150 kg, the seat provides confident, stable support for a wide range of users. The frame is finished with enhanced rust resistance, ensuring long-term performance in the humid conditions of a daily-use shower.
Must be installed into wall studs or a structural backing frame — not suitable for plasterboard-only fixing. Suitable backing must be in place before tiling.
Chrome White or Matte Black
The Chrome variant pairs a polished chrome frame with a satin white seat — a clean, timeless combination that suits most bathroom colour schemes. The Matte Black variant offers a more contemporary, design-forward look with a matte black frame and matching satin black seat.
Both finishes are designed to coordinate with Fienza's broader tapware and accessories range for a cohesive bathroom specification.

- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
