Where most above counter basin ranges offer a single size in one or two neutral finishes, this range gives you genuine flexibility across both dimensions — matching basin size to vanity proportion and colour finish to bathroom palette in a single product selection.
Four Two-Tone Finishes — Cool, Warm, and Neutral
The four colour options span a wide range of bathroom design directions. Matt Black & Silky Green pairs a dark matte exterior with a soft sage-green interior — an unexpected combination that works in nature-influenced and contemporary bathrooms where green is an accent tone. Rose Gold introduces a warm, blush-metal finish suited to bathrooms with brass, gold, and warm-toned tapware and accessories. Gloss White & Silky Silver is a cooler, clean two-tone option for minimal and monochrome bathroom schemes. Gloss White & Silky Creamy offers a softer, warmer take on white — an off-white interior against a bright white exterior that reads as refined rather than clinical.

346mm, 352mm & 355mm — Right-Sized for Your Vanity
The three available sizes — 346mm, 352mm, and 355mm — are close in diameter but distinct in proportion relative to different vanity widths and benchtop depths. The 346mm option suits narrower vanity configurations where benchtop depth is limited and a slightly smaller basin footprint provides more working clearance around the waste connection. The 352mm and 355mm options are appropriate for standard single-basin vanities where the additional width provides a more comfortable bowl size without overextending the benchtop footprint.
Confirm your benchtop dimensions and waste rough-in position before selecting a size. Each size variant is available across all four colour options, allowing size and colour to be chosen independently based on your installation requirements.
Vitreous China Ceramic — Above Counter, No Tap Hole
All variants are manufactured from premium vitreous china ceramic — dense, non-porous, and resistant to thermal shock, surface scratching, and staining under normal bathroom conditions. The two-tone colour finishes are integral to the ceramic body, fired at temperature and consistent in depth across the full surface without the risk of peeling or fading that surface-applied coatings carry over time.
Above counter installation presents the full round form above the benchtop — no benchtop cutout required beyond the waste connection point. No tap hole is pre-drilled; pair with a wall-mounted mixer or a deck mixer on the vanity top. No overflow is included. Compatible with a standard 32mm pop-up waste (not included).

01 Shipping & freight
- For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
- Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
- After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
- Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
