• Tap Hole Position Notice: If drilling tap holes at the 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock positions, internal partition panels may be encountered. In such cases, it will be necessary for your licensed plumber to make internal cuts inside the cabinet during installation.

When selecting 10 o’clock or 2 o’clock tap hole positions, the drilled opening may align directly above the cabinet's internal partition boards. In such installations, your licensed plumber will need to notch or notch-cut the internal carcass panel on-site to accommodate the mixer body and flexible hoses. For double bowl installations, please ensure your rough-in waste plumbing aligns with both basin centerlines.

- Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
- After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
- Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
