Cast from durable concrete and available in French Grey and Grey Mist, it brings the kind of raw, tactile presence that ceramic and stone basins cannot replicate — a surface that shifts in tone under different light sources and carries the natural variation inherent to cast concrete as an asset rather than a defect. Compact enough for powder rooms and ensuites, yet substantial enough at 145mm deep to read as a considered design object above the benchtop. Pop-up waste included.
Cast Concrete — Raw Texture, Natural Variation
The Trono is made from cast concrete — a material that behaves differently from ceramic, glass, or stone in one important respect: its surface carries the character of its making. Subtle tonal variation, fine surface texture, and the muted, earthy quality of the colour are all inherent to the concrete casting process, and they are precisely what makes a concrete basin interesting in a bathroom context. No two basins are identical in the way that no two casts of concrete are identical — a quality that adds authenticity to a material scheme rather than detracting from it.
This material presence makes the Trono particularly effective in bathrooms built around natural materials — timber vanities, stone or terrazzo benchtops, exposed plaster walls, and linen or tactile textiles — where the concrete basin sits as one considered material among several rather than an isolated statement piece.
French Grey & Grey Mist — Two Tones of Concrete
The Trono is available in two concrete colour expressions. French Grey is a deeper, warmer mid-tone grey with subtle earthy undertones — grounded and confident, well suited to bathrooms with timber joinery, warm stone, and muted terracotta or ochre accent tones. Grey Mist is a lighter, cooler grey with a softer, more atmospheric presence — at home in bathrooms with white, pale stone, and cool-toned material palettes where restraint is the intended aesthetic.
Both colours are integral to the concrete mix — not a surface coating or applied finish — meaning the tone is consistent through the full thickness of the basin body and will not peel, chip, or fade as a surface treatment might over time. Each basin is sealed prior to dispatch to improve water resistance and surface durability.
Above Counter Mount — Pop-Up Waste Included, No Tap Hole
The Trono installs directly onto the benchtop surface — no cutout required beyond the waste connection point. The flat concrete base provides a stable footprint on stone, timber, and laminate benchtop surfaces. A matching pop-up waste is included with each basin, simplifying the ordering process and ensuring a compatible fit without requiring a separate waste selection.
No tap hole is pre-drilled, providing flexibility to pair with a wall-mounted mixer positioned above the basin or a deck mixer mounted on the vanity top. No overflow is included. Refer to the installation guide (available in the Documents section) for sealing, care, and fitting instructions specific to cast concrete basins.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
