Engineered for long-lasting performance, our shower screens use 10mm thick tempered safety glass. This premium thickness provides superior structural integrity compared to standard 6mm alternatives, ensuring a safe and sturdy showering environment.
Certified to Australian Standard AS/NZS 2208:1996, our glass is designed to withstand daily use while maintaining a crystal-clear, high-end aesthetic.
The L-shape configuration features a high-quality pivotal hinge door with a return panel. The door is fully reversible, allowing for either left or right-hand side opening to suit your specific bathroom layout.
Equipped with heavy-duty SUS304 stainless steel hardware in a polished chrome finish, the pivot mechanism ensures smooth operation and a minimalist, frameless look.
Spend less time cleaning and more time relaxing. Our glass panels are compatible with optional Nano-coating technology, a transparent protective layer that repels water, soap scum, and limescale.
This non-stick surface allows water to simply roll off, keeping your frameless shower screen spotless and reducing the build-up of bacteria and grime over time.

01 Shipping & freight
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart.
- Tiles & flooring are quoted separately — freight is confirmed by our team before your order. Any free-shipping offer on tiles & flooring is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout.
- Large items to some regions are also quoted separately. Start a Live Chat (chat icon, bottom right) or contact our team and we'll confirm the freight cost before you order.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
