Feature Highlights

Geological Luxury

Authentic Natural Marble — Truly One-of-a-Kind

Carved directly from authentic geological marble, this basin features rich mineral deposits and intricate natural veining that infuse your bathroom with organic warmth and bespoke texture.

Because each vessel is precision-sculpted from an individual block of stone quarried from the earth, no two basins are ever identical. Every unit showcases its own distinct flow of veins, subtle colour nuances, and mineral striations, making your basin an exclusive natural work of art.

Architectural Detail

Graceful Curvilinear Oval Silhouette

The refined oval geometry introduces fluid lines and balanced symmetry to vanity countertops, softening rigid cabinetry lines and linear wall tiles.

Its elongated proportions offer an ergonomic wash well that minimizes water splashes while creating an inviting, tranquil spa-like ambience in both contemporary and organic bathroom themes.

Material Quality

Solid Stone Construction

Unlike thin porcelain or synthetic composite imitations, this basin is carved from authentic dense natural marble, providing substantial physical weight, structural rigidity, and high thermal mass.

The finely honed inner and outer surfaces offer a smooth, velvety tactile feel that resists everyday wear while reflecting subtle ambient bathroom light.

Solid Marble Carved Wall Structure Detail

📐 Natural Stone Characteristics: As an authentic natural stone product, variations in colour tone, sediment banding, minor mineral deposits, and subtle dimensional tolerances (±5mm) are natural geological traits and not defects.
🚰 Waste & Tapware Requirement: Designed without an overflow hole and requires a standard 32mm non-overflow pop-up waste (sold separately). Pair with wall-mounted basin mixers or tall vanity mixers.
✨ Stone Sealing & Care: Natural stone must be sealed with a suitable penetrating stone sealer prior to first use. Clean exclusively with mild pH-neutral liquid soap and warm water; never use acidic, citrus-based, or abrasive cleaners.

📌 Technical Plumbing & Installation Notes

Non-Overflow Requirement: The basin does not feature an overflow channel. A standard 32mm non-overflow pop-up waste must be installed.

Tapware Pairing: Designed without tap holes. Pair with a wall-mounted basin mixer or an extended tall vessel basin mixer.
Neutral-Cure Silicone Only: Use only non-acidic, neutral-cure sanitary silicone around the base perimeter to secure the basin without staining natural stone edges.

01 Shipping & freight

For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

Destination	Delivery time after dispatch
Metro areas (all states)	2–7 business days
Regional areas (all states)	7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates calculated in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and apply to in-stock items. For backordered items, please see Section 07. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
