Wall Hung Profile — Six Sizes, One Considered Design
The Fienza Encanto is built around a clean, trough-style form that reads differently depending on the size chosen. The compact 470×300mm works as a refined powder room statement; the wider 1000mm and 1200mm variants — available with centre, left, or right hand bowl positioning — deliver a full-length basin presence that suits double vanity configurations and larger ensuite layouts with equal composure.
Wall hung installation removes visual clutter at floor level and gives the bathroom a lighter, more open feel. The basin projects cleanly from the wall, with the solid surface base and rim forming one continuous, seamless surface — no visible joints, no grout lines, no collected grime.
Solid Surface Construction — Matt White, Seamlessly Finished
Solid surface is a homogeneous material — colour and composition run through the full thickness of the basin, not just the outer layer. This means the Encanto's Matt White finish is genuinely integral: minor surface marks can be sanded back and buffed out without exposing a different underlying substrate. It is the kind of material behaviour that sets solid surface apart from vitreous china or acrylic-coated alternatives.
The Matt White finish absorbs light evenly, giving the basin a warm, matte depth that sits comfortably in spa-toned, all-white, and natural-material bathroom schemes alike. The non-porous surface resists moisture absorption, bacterial growth, and the yellowing that affects lower-grade basin materials over time.
Wall Hung Mount — Tap Hole Option, Built-in Overflow
The Encanto installs directly to the wall using the included mounting bolts — no vanity cabinet required. A bottle trap (not included) connects the basin waste to the wall plumbing. The basin is available with or without a pre-drilled tap hole, accommodating both wall-mounted mixers and standard deck-mounted tapware to suit your preferred installation approach.
A built-in overflow provides passive protection against accidental overfill. The basin is compatible with a standard 32mm pop-up waste (not included). Wall stud or timber nogging reinforcement is recommended prior to installation to carry the load safely — confirm structural requirements with your plumber or installer before ordering.

01 Shipping & freight
- For most items, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery postcode and cart, and the amount shown is the amount you pay.
- Large or bulky items (for example baths and vanities), tiles and flooring delivered outside our free-shipping area require a freight quote. For these orders, the $1 shipping shown at checkout is a placeholder only — it is not the final freight cost.
- After you place the order, our team will contact you with the actual freight cost for your address. We will not dispatch your order until you approve that cost. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund — no obligation.
- Any free-shipping offer is a limited-time promotion shown on site and at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. MyHomeware reserves the right to make the final decision.

03 Order processing & delays
- You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
- Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.
Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:
- Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
- Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.
04 Additional delivery charges
Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:
- Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
- The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.
05 Missed deliveries
- If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
- Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.
06 Pickup
- We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
- Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items
Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:
- Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
- Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
- Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.
