The RIO is purpose-built for the corner — a configuration that transforms an awkward, often wasted area of the bathroom into a fully functional vanity zone. At 590×455×450mm, it fits neatly into standard 90° corners without compromising circulation space or visual openness.

Installation

Left or Right Hand — Fully Assembled

The RIO is available in two corner configurations. The Left Hand Corner (IF-RIO600WL) features a left-hinged door, and the Right Hand Corner (IF-RIO600WR) features a right-hinged door. The cabinet arrives fully assembled — no flat-pack construction required.

Material

Moisture Resistant Plywood Construction

The cabinet is constructed from moisture-resistant plywood — a material chosen for its structural integrity and ability to withstand the humidity and temperature fluctuations inherent to bathroom environments. It offers greater long-term stability compared to standard particleboard or MDF alternatives.

The semi-matt white finish is applied evenly across the cabinet surfaces, providing a clean, consistent appearance that resists fingerprints and is easy to wipe down.

The RIO 600mm Corner Vanity has two options to select: Corner Side (which determines door hinge direction) and Stone Top Tap Hole (which determines tapware positioning). Please read the guide below carefully before ordering.

Tip: Confirm your bathroom corner layout and plumbing rough-in position before selecting your configuration — these choices cannot be changed after dispatch.

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

Due to the corner installation and wall-mounting requirements, professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure the vanity is correctly aligned, securely fixed, and that all plumbing connections are properly made.
