Classic Clover Shape with Maximum Internal Space

The Zamora's distinctive clover silhouette — with cut-away corners — maximises the usable interior of a 1485mm corner footprint. Gently sloping walls guide you into a comfortable recline, while the twin seating arrangement allows two bathers to face each other in equal comfort.

A central shower area adds everyday practicality, making the Zamora as functional as it is elegant. Optional skid frames are available for installations requiring additional structural support.

Hydrotherapy

6, 10 or 14 Air Jets — Five Finishes

Choose from 6, 10 or 14 hydrotherapy air jets to match your preferred intensity. Jets are available in five finishes — chrome, white, brushed gold, gunmetal grey and matt black — for precise coordination with your tapware and accessories.

Additional jet configurations are available upon consultation for a more tailored hydrotherapy setup.

Control

Air Switch or Electronic Touch Pad

Air Switch ON/OFF: A pneumatic push-button that activates the cold pump — waterproof, low-maintenance and reliable.

Electronic Touch Pad: Pairs with the hot pump for adjustable heat (high / medium / low / off), with a built-in safety cut-out if activated without water.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.
