MDF Board with 16mm Thick Backing

The cabinet is constructed from MDF board, providing a stable and consistent substrate for the gloss white finish. 16mm thick backing boards and drawer bases add structural rigidity throughout, while full extension drawer runners ensure smooth, reliable access to storage.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart.

02 Standard delivery timeframes

03 Order processing & delays

You'll receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
Please allow 0–3 business days for order processing. In most cases, in-stock orders are dispatched within the first 24 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking information.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control:

Public holidays, peak trading periods and major sale events may extend processing and delivery times. During Christmas and major sale periods, please allow extra time.
Exceptionally high order volumes may occasionally extend processing times.

Remote areas: Courier networks may have delivery limitations for some remote postcodes. Where door-to-door delivery is unavailable, your parcel may be delivered to a local depot or Australia Post outlet, and you'll be notified when it is ready for collection.

04 Additional delivery charges

Additional charges beyond the standard delivery fee may apply where:

Stair or lift access is required — for example, where the delivery point is not directly accessible or goods need to be carried up stairs. Additional charges may apply due to the extra labour and time required.
The delivery location is difficult to access, or two or more people are required to complete the delivery safely.

Any additional charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis, quoted and agreed with you before we proceed, and billed on a separate invoice. No surprises.

05 Missed deliveries

If nobody is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated to you and agreed before a second delivery attempt is arranged.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery window.

06 Pickup

We'll prepare your order as soon as possible and email you a notification with your booking number and collection details once it is ready.
Please wait until you receive this confirmation email before coming to collect your order.

07 Out-of-stock & backordered items

Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally an item may show as available but sell out shortly after your order is placed. If this happens, we'll email you and provide the following three options:

Cancel backordered items We'll remove the unavailable items and dispatch the remaining in-stock items as soon as possible.
Cancel the whole order Choose immediate store credit or a refund.
Wait for replenishment We'll hold your order until the backordered items arrive.

For backordered items, the 365-day return period begins on the date you receive the item — not the original purchase date.

What sizes are available, and are there different drawer configurations?

This vanity is available in four sizes — 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, and 1200mm. The 750mm and 900mm sizes come in both left-hand and right-hand drawer layouts so you can choose the configuration that best suits your bathroom's plumbing and layout. The 600mm and 1200mm sizes feature a single standard configuration.

What tap hole options are available?

Most sizes come with 1 tap hole as standard. However, if you prefer a 3-tap-hole setup (for separate hot, cold, and mixer taps), this option is available for the 600mm and 900mm sizes at a slightly higher price point. Be sure to select the correct tap hole configuration to match your chosen tapware before purchasing.

What is the cabinet made from, and what is the finish like?

The cabinet is constructed from MDF board with a 2-pac gloss white finish, giving it a smooth, high-sheen appearance that looks sleek and is easy to wipe clean. It features 16mm thick backing boards and drawer bases for added durability and rigidity. Note that MDF is best suited to well-ventilated bathrooms — ensure adequate airflow to maintain the cabinet's longevity.

Does this vanity include a basin top?

Yes! Unlike many vanities sold as cabinet-only, this Fienza vanity comes complete with a gloss white ceramic single bowl top included. The basin features a semi-recessed, round spoon-style design that maximises bowl space while keeping a compact footprint. It requires a 32mm waste fitting with overflow (waste not included) and comes with 1 tap hole as standard.

Is this a freestanding vanity? What does "kickboard" mean?

Yes, this is a freestanding vanity with a kickboard base — meaning instead of exposed legs, it has a solid panel (kickboard) running along the bottom front of the cabinet. This gives it a built-in, furniture-like appearance while still being a fully freestanding unit that requires no wall mounting.
