Firstly we recived one mixer with the "H"&"C" letters very unclear on the handle. My husband was unsatisfied. But all got solved after I contacted the online customer service team. They sent me the replacement handle very fast. Our plumber helped to replace the handle on installation. Then all sorted out. All look nice after installation and it matches with our bathroom well. We had no more to complaints. The customer service is really helpful and deal with things in a flexible way. Happy with the service!

The cover plate was missing from the package. I have contacted them and they managed to send one with express post.
