Very nice & budget friendly toilet. However, I purchased the wrong one, that drains down into the floor. Should've got the one that drains into the wall. I then contacted the customer service to exchange and one told me I can purchase a wall trap directly to get problem sorted! I am super happy, no need to return the toilet with high postage! Great customer service!

When I bought this on Myhomeware it was on sale for like $323 plus additional 5% discount so I bought it based on good price and I will say this thing works GREAT! It's long enough, which is friendly to Men and it flushes very well, zero plugging. I would say: Hey! Buy it!

Not sure what you can say about a toilet. It seems to be made well. It installs like any toilet. My concern was the long distance for this toilet, I was worried that it came damaged. Yet it just came in perfect condition. I might have given this a 5 star, but it shows a seat in the picture, but does not come with one. Fortunately, I called the store and the staff helped then a new seat sent to me quickly. It did delay the job for a few days anyway. Other than that, no complaints.

The first toilet had a hairline crack in the tank part of the toilet. We contacted Myhomeware Service team on the chat, a yound lady(I think she might be young?) helped and replaced it with no hassle. Their customer service was easy to work with. Most toilets are made to fit 160mm from the wall to the center of the floor flange. It came with a standard floor waste trap that saved me lots of time from looking for suitable trap at local. Many retail stores may not carry the trap that can exactly fit with product purchased from somewhere else. Anyway, can't be more happy with this purchase.

So, really this toilet is just fine. It is a pretty quiet toilet flush...looks nice, pretty easy to install, etc. I have NO complaints about the actual product. HOWEVER, please be aware that this DOES NOT include the standard P trap, you will have to order one if you require.OK, so it was NOT that big of a deal...we just ran to local bathware store & got the trap. Otherwise...this toilet is just fine.
