A: Hi Angela We have our own factory so we can control the quality. PVC is even better which is a safer way to go.

We've had this for almost 8 months now and it is still working as good as day one. Mom grabbed this one so she could run the shower head to the other/back side of the tub/shower. We have a big square rain shower head that pretty much took up a lot of space in the front area, making hardly any room for a hand held shower head, which would save money on the water bill. So she got this and ran it to the back side of the tub and now if we want the rain head we use it on the one side and if we want the shower head instead we use the other side. It's not an expensive shower set up but it works great. The hose is flexible and works for what we need it for. Will buy again

Seems like solid construction, has a nice weight so it doesn't move on it's own. Time will tell how long it actually lasts of course. Always be careful of *over* tightening the ends, depending on the structure of what you are tightening against you could crack/damage if (if the material is softer) or deform the washer to the point where it leaks.

I bought this shower hose in hopes of it matching or nearly matching my existing shower head and fixtures. I'm pleased to report that not only does it hang well, it is made of good quality materials (actually better than the hose that came with the head), and has good seals on both ends with no leaks - but ALSO matches the "Mediterranean Bronze" color/finish of my fixtures very well (a subjective 90% match and not an issue to the naked eye)!
